MERCHANDISE

The Northern Pride remains the legal owner of any goods until such time as they are paid for in full. At such time the goods will be dispatched/made available for pick-up to/from the designated address. The Northern Pride accept no responsibility for goods which are dispatched and lost in the postal system.

The Northern Pride reserves the right to enforce the following measures when returning/exchanging purchased goods 1. the owner is to show proof of purchase via a receipt/bank transaction etc, 2. the purchased goods must be in new condition and preferably still in the bag delivered in, 3. allow a change of size to an available size in store or grant store credit to the value of the returned/exchanged purchased goods, 4. ability to refuse a refund on any returned goods.

TICKETING

Booking/Service Fee:

The Northern Pride reserves the right to include a 3% surcharge in any AMEX/DINERS CLUB transactions.

No exchanges or refunds:

The Northern Pride reserves the right to provide no refunds except as provided under the AEIA Code of Practice for Event Ticketing in Australia (www.aeia.org.au). The Northern Pride will only exchange or refund tickets, as set out in the AEIA Guidelines, prior to the purchased game. This exchange or refund can only be performed in the Northern Pride Office – Moore Family Sports House, Barlow Park, QLD, 4870. Fees will apply and no exchanges or refunds will be available at the venue.

Replacement Fee:

The Northern Pride reserves the right to charge a replacement/ administration fee for the reprint of any lost ticket. The Northern Pride will charge $3.00 per ticket up to a maximum of $20.

Damaged or defaced tickets:

The Northern Pride reserves the right to refuse entry to tickets that are damaged or defaced in any way.

Concessions:

Where concessions apply, the customer must present a valid identification card, as proof of eligibility, when purchasing tickets at a discounted rate. This includes all special offers and membership discounts.

Northern Pride’s rights as promoter:

The Northern Pride reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute teams, prices, entertainment, starting times and seating arrangements. We also reserve the right if required to search a person and or their possessions upon entry to the venue.

Adverse weather conditions:

For events which are cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, refunds or exchanges of tickets will be at the total discretion of the Northern Pride, and in accordance with the AEIA Code of Practice for Event Ticketing in Australia.
